This was the first concert I was allowed to use my semi professional camera at. This concert was a full learning experience. While the lighting was horrible and made it harder to figure the camera out, it was nice. In a way, it helped me understand the camera more than what I would have with better lighting. For me, it's easier to understand things if I'm going along. The terrible lighting made me mess with my settings a lot. Most of them still turned out dark, but there's not much you can do when the lighting is barely even there. Overall, I'm still proud of the images I got out of it. I'll be learning and growing and getting better as each concert passes, but these pictures will always mean a lot to me. They're my first real concert photos and the fact that I'll be able to look back on them, is amazing. I'll always look back and think about how I wish I knew more that day so my pictures were better, but that's the process of growing as a photographer. :)
